We aim to empower individuals who have recently returned home by offering comprehensive Transitional Housing services, Housing Navigation, Placement Support, Stabilization Support, Workforce Development, and Financial Literacy. Through the cultivation of cultural competency among our staff members with lived experience, we guarantee that each person we assist receives the support and resources necessary for a successful transition home.

OUR PROGRAMS

Our "Fresh Start," program is designed to offer comprehensive support to individuals returning home, focusing on rehabilitation, Workforce Development, Financial Literacy, and comprehensive housing services. The primary services and benefits include Transitional Housing, Stabilization Support, Workforce Development, Financial Literacy, Housing Navigation, Placement Support, and Move-in and Rental Assistance.

The project aims to create a positive ripple effect in the community by reducing homelessness and improving living conditions for people returning home. We aim to enhance employability and economic stability and foster a sense of community and support among participants.
