About Our Facility
Our two 22- bed facilities are a clean and comfortable living environment, on quiet residential streets. Both are located within 5 miles of the University of Southern California and the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Below is a list of the many amenities at our facilities.

Bedrooms
Each facility features 10 bed Rooms total, allowing us to provide 22 beds per facility. While 8 of the rooms have 2 beds, 2 master bedrooms have 3 beds. Every room has the following: a closet, 1 window, and each room has the same amount of 3 drawer plastic dressers to beds. Both master bedrooms have a full bathroom. All bedrooms except 1 are upstairs.
Bathrooms/Washer & Dryer
There is a total of 6 bathrooms in each home. Down stairs there is 2 full bathrooms, upstairs there is 2 full bathrooms, as well as a full bathroom in each master bedroom.
The homes have 2 washers and 2 dryers.
Kitchen/Dinning Areas
The homes have 2 full kitchens, each kitchen has 3 fridge/freezers (6 in each home total). Stove top, oven, and microwave.
Living Area
The living areas has 2 couches, a large flat screen TV, a dining table, a computer desk & chair. We also have a white board with all emergency contact information and house information that is visible and available to tenants at all times.
